CSM StatiRigid-T systems are engineered for high-purity applications in semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and laboratory processes. Both inner process tubes and outer vacuum jackets are carefully manufactured to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and reliability.
Surface Preparation
The inner and outer tube surfaces are carefully polished and degreased, followed by ultrasonic cleaning and a final rinse with high-purity RO water before being integrated into the process. This thorough surface preparation ensures contamination-free operation, meeting the strict purity standards required for semiconductor and biopharmaceutical applications..
Size & Configuration
StatiRigid-T systems are available in inner process tube sizes ranging from 0.5” to 2” ODT, with standard lengths of up to 40 ft (12.2 m). Options for internal or external expansion joints are available to accommodate thermal movement and system requirements.
