PolyFlex vacuum-insulated hoses are engineered to enhance cryogenic condensation performance in vacuum deposition and Polycold refrigeration systems. Designed to overcome common challenges associated with conventional Polycold refrigerant hoses—such as freezing, external condensation, and thermal instability — PolyFlex utilizes advanced super-insulation technology to ensure stable and reliable operation.

The lightweight stainless steel construction minimizes cool-down losses, helping reduce energy consumption and easing load on cryochillers during system startup. PolyFlex hoses are available in single or twin configurations within a vacuum jacket, providing flexibility to meet a wide range of vacuum process requirements while maintaining optimal thermal efficiency.
